Our History

Suncoast Home Watch Pros, a personal concierge service and residence watch, has been located exclusively in Southwest Florida since December 1999. We are a family-owned and operated business led by Mark, Lori, and Ashley Sheerin, located in Lee and Collier Counties.

Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Our Years of Experience & Skills
Mark and daughter Ashley are certified home inspectors, equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to detect issues that your home may have. Mark has been in the home building industry for many years, so he knows houses from the ground up. Additionally, when you enlist our services, we give you the assurance that only three individuals (Mark, Lori, and Ashley) will be allowed to enter and check your property.
